A practical buying guide

How to Order

From first idea to a clear order plan.

Start with the essentials. Build the specification together, then agree the details before an order moves ahead.

Start your inquiry

Four steps, with room to confirm.

A proposed workflow. Quantities, costs and timing are confirmed per project.

    Agree the order & shipment

Confirm payment terms, lead time, documents and shipping arrangements on the quote. This demo takes no orders or payments.

Start small. Scale when ready.

These are discussion stages, with no fixed minimum or guaranteed progression.

  1. Sample

Review the item and specification. Sample cost, freight and availability need confirmation.

  2. Trial

Discuss a smaller order to review the range and packing. Quantity and mix options are agreed per item.

  3. Bulk

Plan a larger quantity after the specification is clear. Confirm the final carton plan and commercial terms.

Bring what you know.

An estimate is enough to begin. Leave anything uncertain for discussion.

  • Product or category
  • Estimated quantity & unit
  • Destination country
  • Email or WhatsApp
  • Optional: sample, logo or packing notes

A few things to know

Are catalog quantities final minimums?

No. They are demo references. Sample, trial, bulk and custom packaging quantities must be confirmed per item.

Can I request private label?

Yes, as a discussion brief. Share your logo or packaging direction in Notes. Materials, feasibility, costs and quantities need confirmation.

What about pricing and lead time?

Neither is fixed here. A working quote needs the specification, packing, quantity and shipping basis. Any catalog timing is illustrative.

Does the inquiry place an order?

No. It creates a local preview only. Nothing is submitted, emailed or sent to WhatsApp.
